COO

You have extensive experience leading the day-to-day strategy for a company have experience managing an executive team. You will be a key adviser to the President, CEO, and senior leadership. You will also identify and implement new initiatives with key stakeholders to develop, champion, and launch new initiatives.

Senior Fullstack Engineer

You will build tools to make capital access more efficient and transparent for businesses across the world. You are technology agnostic, and know how to ship and maintain software across the product development lifecycle.

Senior Data Engineer

You’ll be an integral part of the data team working on problems related to building performance and reliable financial analytics pipelines. You will work on end-to-end solutions and should have an interest in solving hard financial problems.

Director of Growth

You’ll be responsible for driving viral growth at Capital through a combination of tactical growth marketing, product design and management and sales process optimization.

DevOps Engineer

You will be building the foundation upon which all of our technology runs. You’ll design reliable infrastructure for our internet systems and find ways to support our engineering teams.

Senior Software Engineer - Data and Machine Learning Platform

You will contribute to all areas of our data systems — from ingesting and transforming large amounts of financial data, to creating data access services for both internal and external customers, and to our machine learning platform that automatically makes sense of diverse financial datasets.

Data Visualization Developer

You’ll design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve visualizations that make our financial analysis understandable. You will work hand in hand with someone from our Quant team in order to make sure the data you’re showing is correct and up to date.

Senior Quantitative Researcher

You will identify new investment strategies by conducting novel financial research using The Capital Machine’s realtime, transaction-level data set of thousands of private companies.

Technical Director of Operations

You will be building technology and optimizing processes to make our sales and investment teams more efficient including technology that runs our human-in-the-loop system, Team Leverage.

Business Development Analyst

You will drive new business by identifying, qualifying and developing partnership, distribution, alliance and commercial opportunities. You’ll leverage relationships, perspectives and third-party research to further business development objectives and present your work to key stakeholders. 

Tech Lead - Data and Machine Learning Platform

You will lead the technical execution of projects in all areas of our data systems and on all the softer parts of the job as well, like project scoping, improving our engineering processes, and helping mentor more junior engineers.

Be a core contributor in reaching out to top tier companies and investors representing Capital’s world-class brand and building the network of parties who transact with The Capital Machine.

New Grad Quantitative Researcher

You will work with the senior research team to identify new investment strategies by conducting novel financial research using The Capital Machine’s realtime, transaction-level data set of thousands of private companies.

Junior Credit Analyst

You’ll analyze financial information of companies for which Capital is contemplating a debt investment to help determine risk and terms of the investment.
